Job Title- Cash Management Specialist

Primary Function: Obtain broad level product expertise to establish, build, and maintain profitable customer relations. Proactively support the cash management needs for the Business Banking Department. Provide sales and support to the Business Bankers as they identify cash
management opportunities for the bank. Fully engage in the processing and implementation of products and services, including but not limited to depository, ACH, merchant, online and credit card issuance. Assist with the collection and completion of the required paperwork and
contracts. Assist in the development of an effective, efficient, and profitable Cash Management Department. Support the Business Operations Department and the business bankers/officers
with closing and post-closing various loan types.
 
Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
  •  Promote and sell the bank’s existing and prospective cash management products and services.
  • Facilitate, educate, and support cash management services with all bank staff to include joint sales calls with Business Bankers, Chief Loan Officer, and VP-Cash Management to expand, develop and retain customer base. Independent customer calls as necessary for implementations to install, service and/or present cash management products and services.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities for the bank.
  • Review customer lists, including merchant service lists, profile customers to determine needs, and identify additional forms of fee income. Develop and assist with the presentation of proposals, including pro-forma pricing analyses.
  • Assist department in monitoring Account Analysis at least semi-annually and complete monthly reporting for full-recourse credit cards
  • Assist department with process improvements and enhancements for cash management products and services as appropriate.
  • Training for new RDC and digital business products customers.
  • Assist in creating the CNB brand by troubleshooting, and providing consistent, timely responses whenever customer needs assistance.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Lenders and staff as needed. Review documents and print loan closing package for lenders.
  • Responsible for the submission of complete and accurate information for the bank's clear to close and process files.
  • Comply with all laws, regulations, bank policies and procedures, including specifically Citizens National Bank’s Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering Policy and procedures, and its Customer Identification Program.
  • Maintain regular consistent attendance, personal appearance, punctuality, and adherence to applicable health and safety procedures.
  • Establish and maintain efficient working relationships with supervisors, co-workers, and the customers.
  • Travel to other branch locations may be required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Required:
  • Associates degree required or equivalent years of experience
  • Two years job experience with Cash Management services and products
  • Knowledge of banking, business banking and Cash Management products
