Position Summary: Provide technical assistance to computer system users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or from remote location. May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail and operating systems.

Location: Cheboygan, MI

Job duties include:

  • Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
  • Oversee the daily performance of computer systems
  • Acts as a network administrator, as well as software admin for core services
  • Working with Managed IT provider, set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cable, operating systems, and appropriate software.
  • Confer with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications.
  • Answer users' inquiries regarding computer software and hardware operation to resolve problems.
  • Assists with projects & changes regarding IT infrastructure or software; following the project specifications
  • Resolves system issues and coordinates with appropriate vendors or responsible parties.
  • Responsible for security access to network and core systems
  • Assists with setting up auditor computer access for bank audits
  • Comply with all laws, regulations, bank policies and procedures, including Citizens National Bank’s Bank Secrecy Act and Anti-Money Laundering Policy and procedures, and its Customer Identification Program.
  • Maintain regular consistent attendance, personal appearance, punctuality and adherence to applicable health and safety procedures.
  • Establish and maintain efficient working relationships with supervisors, co-workers, and customers.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Two-year college degree in Computer Support or equivalent work experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
