TeleBanc Phone Banking
Banking via phone 24-hours a day... for FREE! Talk about convenience! Now you can check balances, make payments, transfer funds and more by calling CNB’s TeleBanc and pressing the numbers on your touch-tone phone. Conduct your banking whenever you want from wherever you are!
TeleBanc is available around-the-clock, 24 hours a day, all year long. Best of all, there is no charge to use TeleBanc at CNB. With TeleBanc you can do the following:
- Check your account balances
- Verify your last deposit
- Determine if your checks have cleared
- Transfer funds between checking and savings accounts (see note below)
- Make loan payments
- Fax yourself a current statement detailing your account activity
- Verify funds on CNB checks up to $500
How to Use TeleBanc
Simply dial TeleBanc at (231) 627-1960 or toll free at (888) 6.27-1960 all you will need is your CNB access number (which is any one of your account numbers) and your TeleBanc personal identification number (PIN) to start using TeleBanc. *Note: This PIN is NOT related to any other PIN you may have with CNB.
Your Personal Identification Number (PIN)
Upon request Citizens National Bank will issue you a PIN. If you have a preferred number you would like to use as your PIN, let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you. For security reasons, we recommend that you memorize the number. Never write it down where someone else has access to it.
A Detailed Record of Your Activity
Your monthly statement will give you a detailed description of your TeleBanc activity. Transactions conducted after 6 p.m. EST are treated as the next business day’s activity.
Transaction Note: Regulation D applies to savings and money market accounts. It restricts accounts to six (6) pre-authorized debits per month (including telephone and on-line banking). An additional fee of $10.00 will be charged for each debit in excess of the pre-authorized limit.
