Checking Benefits

The good life just got better with CNB's Checking Benefits program!

For customers that have their checking account (excludes free checking) at Citizens National Bank you can begin taking advantage of the many savings offered through our Checking Benefits program. To get started, you will need to register your Gold Card online. The process is fast and easy and allows you to begin using all of the wonderful benefits immediately.

To register, simply visit the bonus benefits registration page to get started. It's as easy as 1-2-3!

• Read the security and Privacy Policy and indicate your acceptance to proceed.
• Enter the Group Number and Member Number that is on your Gold Membership Card. This information was provided with the information you received when you opened your account.
• Click submit.

You'll be asked to create password, which needs to be between 5 and 10 characters and may contain letters, numbers or both. Once you have created your password, you may proceed with creating your member profile and provide your e-mail address to complete the registration process.

Once you’ve entered your profile information and clicked Submit you are ready to begin using you Checking Benefits. Enter you Group Number, Member Number and the password that you created to get started saving money immediately! Whether you're in restaurants, shops, traveling or entertainment - a world of savings awaits you with your Checking Benefits Card.
