17-Aug-2012Beginning on March 1, 2013 all federal benefits must be paid electronically. Individuals receiving federal benefits through paper checks will be required to choose between direct deposit payments to a savings or checking account or via a Treasury Department issued Direct Express debit card.
This is a regulation from the federal government and not from the bank. If you are unsure how to start receiving your payments electronically, please contact one of our Customer Service Representatives and they will be happy to help you.
