Dobias Promoted
11-Jan-2012Citizens National Bank is pleased to announce that Ms. Trisha Dobias has been promoted to Human Resource Officer. In making the announcement the bank’s president & CEO Sue Eno stated “Trisha is the logical candidate based on her 25-year career with the bank, during which she has demonstrated a commitment to ongoing education and an interest in human resources.”
Trisha started at the bank in 1987 in the loan department and in 1998 was promoted to administrative assistant to then executive vice president Sue Eno; where she worked closely with Sue learning employee policy and personnel issues.
Trisha is pursuing an associate’s degree in business management through North Central Michigan College. She is a member of the Michigan Banker Association’s Human Resource Forum and is also enrolled in classes through the American Bankers Association. Trisha is currently the recording secretary for the Cheboygan Economic Development Group.
Trisha and her husband Tom hail from Cheboygan and have raised two sons, Peter and Jason.
